Built to accommodate our client’s parents, this 80m2 home was designed to give them something precious: their own space, their own independence, and a place to truly call their own — all while remaining just steps from the family next door. It’s dual living at its most meaningful. 

The open-plan kitchen and living area is warm and welcoming, finished in rich timber tones with black fixtures that give the space a modern edge without losing its homely feel. The kitchen island anchors the living space beautifully, creating a natural hub for everyday life and family visits alike. 

Both bedrooms are generously sized and filled with natural light, while the bathroom is sleek and considered — every detail refined and purposeful. A separate WC adds practicality that makes day-to-day living that much easier.
